I simply can't express how delighted I am with the ring that John has designed and made for me. I inherited a ring from my beloved late mum which had a beautiful Tanzanite in the centre but the ring itself just wasn't my style. I spoke with John about the possibility of him designing a new ring incorporating the Tanzanite. John is lovely and obviously extremely knowledgeable and perhaps most importantly listened to what I had in mind. He came up with 3 designs, all were lovely but one in particular was absolutely perfect. As well as the Tanzanite he has incorporated as much of the gold as possible from mum's original ring. The end result is stunning. With regards to the costs John is upfront and for the level of detail he goes into and the quality of workmanship for a bespoke piece I feel that what he has charged is very reasonable indeed. He has also provided me with an insurance valuation and credited me the money back for the small amount of scrap metal that was left over from mum's original ring. I am beyond thrilled with the end result and shall cherish it forever. Thank you.
